We'll discuss what's currently most important to you and the context in which you operate: your role, your environment, your stakeholders, your time horizon. And we'll explore what a collaboration could look like.

Often, the first stated motive is not the one that truly matters. That's precisely what I'll examine with you.

After that, you will know two things:

whether working with me would make a difference,

and whether I understand the larger context in which you operate, instead of looking at your situation in isolation.

What it's not:

No sales pitch, no standard programme, no presentation.

It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

  1. You write me a few lines about what is on your mind.

  2. I will get back to you within two working days with suggested dates.

  3. After the conversation, you will receive a proposal for a possible way forward, or an honest assessment that I am not the right person
