Embracity Consulting was founded by Annina Müller in December 2022 with the purpose to help individuals and businesses to ignite their true potential and follow their authentic path in order to thrive at work and in life.

in order to initiate a successful cultural and personal transformation that has a long-term and sustainable impact.

My career has always been driven by one central question:
How can we help leaders grow into the most impactful, authentic versions of themselves – while shaping cultures, industries, and futures rooted in trust, clarity, and bold action?
For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of brand, leadership, and transformation. Beginning in fashion retail with luxury and premium brands (including Bally, Peek & Cloppenburg, PKZ Group), I led projects in marketing, communications, and experiential branding. This foundation taught me the power of narrative and emotional connection – insights I now apply to leadership at the highest levels.
Motivated by a deeper purpose to support meaningful transformation, I moved into management consulting (including CROSSWALK), focusing on leadership development, corporate identity, and cultural evolution. My work centers on guiding leaders and top teams through executive positioning, identity articulation (purpose, vision, values), and high-impact communication that builds lasting trust across stakeholders.
Today, I partner with forward-thinking executives and top teams who are ready to lead with intention, presence, and strategic influence. I bring a future-facing lens, bridging strategic clarity with human depth – so leaders don’t just gain visibility, they earn trust, shape culture, and lead with lasting impact.
